we offer an all inclusive edm warranty on new chmer edms that covers parts and labor. we warranty the entire new chmer edm system, not just the parts that we added or worked on. we also provide a standard labor parts warranty on our fully reconditioned and new chmer edms. some chmer edm parts and consumables are also compatible withmitsubishi edms.
if there is a problem with a new chmer edm that develops after the warranty period that we should have caught and corrected, we will repair it under our standard warranty at no cost to the customer.

the brand new eq series is here! the gantry type linear drive wire cut edm comes with pioneering moving structure design. the highest efficiency with an in-house linear motor drive system. with the new g7 energy saving power supply, the eq series will not only save you time but save you money. high efficient linear motor drive system utilizes high resolution drivers and scales. the drive system offers positioning accuracy and a mimicking capability with no mechanical backlash.

chmer sinker edms new d series is the most improved edm performance. equipped with edms manufacture linear motor able to reach speeds up to 18m/min. these d series sinker edms come with functioning interfaces that allow for ease of selection. the interfaces come with built-in measuring that adjust the working depth automatically. counter-weight pneumatic cylinder and brake system ensure complete accurate positioning.

new gantry style chmer drilling ah series guarantee excellent rigidity and stability while performing precise drills. even in hardened alloy (stainless steel, titanium, nickel-based superalloy) the ah series drills in ease by using electrode. ah series offer new superior electronic hardware 140v high voltage power supply and an optional 25 amp booster for 75 amps total. each ah series come available with electrode stabilizer automatically stabilizing the electrode by securing and moving down as it wears.

new chmer 5 axis linear motor drive high speed milling machine. at 30,000 rotations per minute expect to have the highest rigidity with low thermal deformation, the machine maintains stable at the high speed spindle rotation. water circulated temperature control reduces the deformation effects on cutting accuracy. chmer machines equipped with the spindle temperature compensation function reduce the temperature by rise and thermal displacement which ensures high accuracy machining.
